Phantom Records is glad to announce that we have finally signed agreements with our first digital performance artist. Readers reading this page should take special care in knowing that a "Digital Performer" is not the same as a "digital performance artist." A "Digital Performer" is like a "Digital Creator," or a Graphic Designer, Web Designer, a Frontend Web Developer, an Animator, or a Special Effects Specialist.

A "digital performance artist," on the other hand, makes sounds that artist makes with their own equipment or software that are meant to be used a part, not the whole, performance and can be purchase online and purchased digitally, not a physical location like a music concert. It is for artists who work and do not have the freedom to go to places to perform in person like normal artists.

We specialize in those, and we call them "digital performance artists," not "Digital Creators," and not "Digital Performing Arts Artitst." But they may be those things with other companies or performance societies and that doesn't conflict with their agreements with us. We do not hold any exclusivity with our artists, and not with this artists either. Artists work with and sign our agreements of their free will.

We never participate in any coercion and we take such tactics and strategies seriously as offensive to the arts and to our integrity and we investigate and bring such behavior before the law in cases where we can prove it happened.
