Michael "🦅" Widener is the Sole Managing Member and sole shareholder at Phantom Records, LLC. He is also the President, the Treasurer, and the Secretary of Phantom Records, LLC. Collectively, all four of those titles (sole managing member, President, Treasurer, and Secretary), together, make him the owner of Phantom Records, LLC. The LLC's operating agreement also shows this. He is also the Managing General Partner of Phantom Records, GP, and that means he runs the partnership and the (the LLC). Michael's business entities work together as part of an ongoing plan and only Michael knows what that plan is.

Mary Lee Widener, Michael's mom, is not affiliated with Michael's "Phantom Records" Limited Liability Company. Instead, she is affliliated with Michael's General Partnership, however, do not contact her directly regarding this or any matter related to "Phantom Records" because she is retired from active participation. Contact attempts will be considered phishing and you will be prosecuted following one such attempt that occurred during the U.S. pandemic of 2020 and resulted in thousands of dollas of converted ("stolen") funds against my mother. Subsecquent contact attempts will be considered a repeat act and "chased down."
