This tiny business, Phantom Records (in various business formats), lived here at this dot Com web address for many years. When I updated this site, I made a new version (with an improved user interface for delivering my DJ Mix Show Service) and placed it at PHANTOM MUSIC dot APP. Then I placed it at DJ-EXPERIENCE dot APP.I used to have it at DJX dot LIVE.

For those concerned with accurate record-keeping, especially those working for or on behalf of government entities who regulate businesses, or tax businesses, this section may assist in correcting incorrect tax receipts my business entities paid due to an accounting error that has since been corrected (by terminating the offending accountant) and contacting the related tax entities by telephone. I will be, if I have not already, submitting requests for refund of over-paid taxes, once I have had time to locate and complete the request forms for each tax entity. This has caused my business irreparable damage, and may rise to the level of a lawsuit against the offending accountant for one or more degrees of professional misconduct. I have not decided yet if I intend to spend time and money pursuing the accountant in court.

In the meantime, be notified that my business has indeed over-paid some taxes and this section, these paragraphs are here for those entities to read. The entities that are concerned with this, at the time of this writing are as follows:

The United States Internal Revenue Service (the I.R.S.), Maryland's Maryland Department of Assessments and Taxation (Maryland's SDAT), at least one overpayment, California's Secretary of State, Nevada's Secretary of State, at least one overpayment, Nevada's Secretary of State, no overpayment, however there were delays in confirming the registration of my foreign LLC, which were due to the U.S. Pandemic of 202 and caused severe financial and physical disruption rising to the level of injury to person and belonging, both personal and business related, and two local, county-level tax entities, Maryland's Montgomery County tax entity, and an overseas tax entity in the small, island nation of New Zealand, where a tax matter was resolved decades ago, however the documentation for the resolution was lost during the U.S. Pandemic of 2020 due to document theft.

To be certain, and to eliminate confusion altogether, these entities should document that the person in charge of all activities, since the beginning of Phantom Records filing, in all jurisdiction in the United States, has been and still is Michael Thomas Widener. The name combination is unique only if used with all three names, not simply the first and last name, a fact of life and source of intense confusion due to more than three other persons with the exact same first name / last name pair.

Be forewarned that great expense has been burdened to obtain this information and that these expenses are now part of an effort recoup them from government entities who mistakenly documented Michael Thomas Widener as the person who had tax problems when it was, in fact, a different "Michael Widener," whose information Michael Thomas Widener is not aware of and has had to pay for identity protection services for decades to constantly protect his tax-paying history from getting mistakenly "swapped with" this other "Michael Widener." These costs were a burden to Mr. Michael Thomas Widener's startup business, U X Design, LLC and Phantom Records, LLC, such that they both entered financial hardship due to poor record-keeping and poor customer service when Mr. Michael Thomas Widener attempted to address the errors verbally, by telephone call. Those difficulties will likely become the subject of a demand letter for corrective record-updating and applicable filing refunds.

Attempts to identify any other person, as an authorized member of any of Michael Thomas Widener's business entities, will be construed as malicious business interference and reported as an attempt to compete illegally against his business interests. Do not claim ignorance now tat this warning has been published, and made available via Google Search, by Michael Thomas Widener himself. (You are free to claim ignorance but it doesn't affect the case until after it is filed, not before, if the court allows the claim of ignorance to be relevant in the case at all.)

Here are Michael's titles, and their nicknames to simplify verbal talks about his roles in his businesses:

Business Entity: Phantom Records, LLC. Year of Formation: 2016. Percentage of Shares Owned: 100% (as of the date of this writing). Related Event: Documents for this entity have been "converted" by a member of Michael Thomas Widener's family without consent and are the subject of an ongoing effort on his part to recover them before they are used illicitly or copied without authorization by the offending family member. It seems many documents were also destroyed and moved without authorization or consent from the owner by the family member during the U.S. Pandemic of 2020. The events occurred in the State of Maryland in the County the business operates. The matter is ongoing.

Nickname: "Volunteer Bookkeepper." Official Title: Intern. Business Entity: Phantom Records, General Partnership.

Confusion due to a filing error with the Internal Revenue Service in 2000: "General Manager" was filed under the incorrect name and the name of my business was orginally filed under the incorrect name, Gamescape dot TV, in 2000 by the "Volunteer Bookkeepper" and continued to pose a problem for the ensuing next 23 years, and it continues today because the "Volunteer Bookeepper" did not write the I.R.S. to correct the filing or cooperate with efforts to have the filing corrected using I.R.S. forms.

This problem is why there are no other business persons who function in connection with any of Michael Thomas Widener's business entities.
